What to look for in each plan
2 Bed Residence (750+ sq.ft.)
Check whether living and dining run as one space with the kitchen alongside, the size of the second bedroom, and whether both bathrooms have windows. On 750 sq.ft., a well-placed balcony adds the most to how big the home feels.
3 Bed Residence (1,150+ sq.ft.) and 3 Bed Signature (1,350+ sq.ft.)
The roughly 200 sq.ft. difference usually goes into a wider living room and a larger master suite. Compare wardrobe walls and whether the third bedroom can take a double bed.
4 Bed Premium (1,775+ sq.ft.) and 4 Bed Royale (2,000+ sq.ft.)
Look for a separate dining area, en-suite bathrooms in every bedroom, a utility or service area, and which rooms face the national park rather than Ghodbunder Road.
Questions to ask about the plan
- Which direction does the unit face: the forest to the west, or the city and metro to the east?
- How many homes and lifts per floor?
- Are balconies and decks counted outside the carpet area, and how large are they?
- Kitchen and entrance orientation, if Vastu matters to you.
